About Mr. Koike

Although my site is the site of the fishing and the fishing reels, I have to write this.

Mr. Koike is a city councilman of Nakatsugawa-city in Japan. But he has not been allowed to speech in the assembly for 5 years.

He had lost his voice by a cancer in 2002.

Of course he has been requesting reading his message by another person. But the assembly doesnft allow it. The assembly allows the speech only by a personal computer.

But Mr. Koike cannot use a personal computer.

Why must he learn a personal computer for his speech in the assembly?
Is there a problem for the assembly, when Koikefs message is read by another person?
Can the artificial voice tell his mind?

The assembly wants to silence him, because he is a member of the communist party.
But all of councilmen have rights of speech.

This is the democracy of Japan.
This is the oppression to the handicapped person.

I am disappointed at such Japan.
