Adjustment for 89 / 03 model Cardinal33 Part2

Because the washer adjustment was not enough , I adjusted the spool shaft .

	Oh , no ! My Cardinal 33 of 2003 model wound the line as this picture . It was worse than 89 model .
	Addition the washer I added the washer as " Part 1 " .
	Not enough Because its taper was too strong , it was not enough .
	One of the measures This is one of the measures . Addition the washers under the rotor is effective . But...
	But... But above way is not good . It decreases the area of tripping lever . I don't recommend this method .
	Shave the spool shaft This may be the best method . I shaved the spline of " A " . And I added the washer " B " .
	Washers and tools POM washer : E/D = 5mm , I/D = 3mm , T = 0.3mm , 0.5mm , 0.8mm , 1.0mm Files : round 3mm and small square
	Shave the shaft Shave the spline of shaft .
	Assemble A : 0.8mm ( on this reel ) B : adjustment of slackness
	Finish Line has become flat .
	Noise After assembling , the gear made the noise slightly from " A " . So , I added the washer under the crank " B " .

Perhaps old 70's 33 was designed " tapered winding " . So , Mizuho reviveed these reels same to 70's . But we has known that " tapered winding " is the cause of trouble now . Mizuho should not revive the defect . It should be remade soon . ( 2004/7/28 )
