Adjustment for 89 / 03 model Cardinal33 Part1

Cardinal 33 of 89 / 03 model has a problem on its line winding shape . Its cause is the slackness of pinion BB . I had adjusted it .

	Tapered winding 33 wound the line as this picture . This tapered winding causes the line trouble .
	Adjusted This picture is after adjusting .
	Slackness of pinion One of the causes is the slackness of pinion .
	When it winds... The worm gear pulls the pinion as the red allow . So , the rotor goes back . The holl for the pinon BB is too deep .
	Remove the " E " ring Remove the " E " ring on the end of spool axis . Take care of missing it .
	Remove the spool shaft
	Remove the rotor Unscrew the rotor nut . And remove the rotor . When you unscrew the nut , you should hold the rotor , don't set the A/R " on " .
	Remove the snap ring Use the snap ring plier .
	Remove the pinion Remove the pinion with BB .
	Set the washer Set the washer under the BB . I made the washer by oiled paper . If you can use metal washer it is better .
	Reassemble
