Adjusting of EON

The line goes into the clearance of spool because it is too wide . I tried adjusting it .

	Clearance The line on this picture is 0.36mm dia . It goes into . But it goes into only one point of spool . The spool is not centered . I adjusted it as below .
	Removing the handle Remove the spool control knob , retainer , and nut . Remove the handle .
	Removing the spring of drag knob Remove the C spring of drag knob . Take care of miss the spring . Cover by your hand when you remove it .
	Removing the drag knob Turn the drag knob CCW .
	Removing the click spring
	Release the clip 3 point of clips fix the side cover to gear unit . Release them .
	Removing the side cover
	Loose the screws of the gear unit Loose the 3 screws .
	Slackness The spool shaft is set in the center of the gear unit . There is slackness between the frame and the gear unit . It is the cause .
	Fixing the gear unit Fix the screws by pushing the gear unit to the direction which the clearance is wider .
	After the adjusting The 0.31mm dia line cannot go into .

The cause is the design of the frame . The connecting point to the gear unit is not processed . So its precision is not enough . The design should be chanded . (2003/12/18)
