How to fix the side cover
For the old spinning reels.

	After reassembling The rotation becomes heavier after reassembling sometimes. It can be prevented as below.
	The slackness of the side cover Loosen the screws of side cover. Try to move the side cover as the red allows. The old spinning reels have some slackness on the side covers. If you fix the screws directly , the bearings are fixed on wrong position.
	Step1 Insert the screws to touch the side cover slightly.
	Step2 Turn the rotor by finger. Don't touch the side cover. The side cover moves the correct position.
	Step3 Fix the screws constantly and carefully. The angle is about 30 degree.
	Adjusting By the way , I add the bronze washer on its main gear. The additional washer reduces the gear noises. But it should be done carefully. If the washer is too much , the gears are damaged.

This method is not needed for the present reels.
But it is good for careful assembling.
Even if your reel is newer model , you had better do it.

* Caution : This method is not good for MITCHELL 300 and 4400 etc. Their side covers are self-centered by their screws.
