If...

Ohmori disappeared from the reel market in early 90's , because they had changed their enthusiastic reels to ordinary reels like major manufacturers .
I wished they went another way .

1 Inner spool reels
If Ohmori had sold their inner spool reels , the enthusiastic anglers might support them . Because they knew inner spool reels well , they never would say "it can not be closed the bail manually" and "Its spool shaft winds the lines" . They knew light weight and light rotation of inner spool reels .

Ohmori's inner spool reels were the finest one in the world. They did not use a counter weight and did not have a thick part too .

If they made the replicas of Alced Micron or Orvis 50A and so on .....
If they had revived their Proline , it might have been supported in the trivial 90's market .

2 Worm gear reels
The smoothness of worm gears might stand out .
If they had made these gears ......
3 Screw locking crank
Shimano released Stella SS for 2000 .
It had the screw locking crank .

Shimano knew the best handle is this type .
But Shimano and other major manufacturers made other types for low cost .
Ohmori should not have stopped making their screw locking cranks .

Of course, even if Ohmori is doing like this page, after all, they may have disappeared.
However, the way of this page might have been better than to betray a fan .
Did Shotaro Ohmori , who established Ohmori company , hope to make the ordinary reels ?
