　This was my favourite of all the ryokan we stayed in.
　The owner was very nice and we felt welcome. 　
　The room was very clean and a decent size, and we really liked the traditional bath
　as well as showers in the bathroom.
　We'd definitely recommend Fujiwara to anyone going to Nagasaki.

　Excellent for an authentic Japanese experience.
　The owner ran the bathwater for us in the evening so we could take a Japanese
　style bath in hot, deep water. Cosy place with warm rooms.

　I'm very impressed by this ryokan! It is modern but classical, extremely unexpensive but 　　　charming. Very good location, near the Museum of History and Culture.
　And the owners are so kind people!
　The lady gave me a present because she was happy with my interest in Japanese culture. 　　She is a good cook: if you want to have dinner, you must ask in advance
　(before noon, or better the day before) but I warmly suggest to have a try
　(this is the real Japanese home food).
